Every treatment described on this site produces results that vary by individual. Factors include anatomy, medical history, age, lifestyle, and adherence to the plan. Before and after images, reviews, and described outcomes reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of your result. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations at your consultation.
Consultations
A consultation is required before treatment. Consultations carry a fee of $50.
If you book treatment during your consultation visit, the $50 is credited toward the service you were consulted for.
Booking, cancellation, and no-shows
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us beforehand, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. Where the appointment has to be rescheduled, it is treated as a no-show: the consultation fee is not credited, and a new consultation fee applies when you rebook.
Payment, packages, and refunds
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old, with one exception: minors aged 13 to 17 may be treated with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only for facials, waxing, and functional muscle recovery therapy following injury.
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside certain medical conditions. Your provider will screen for this at your consultation, and may decline to treat where treatment is not appropriate.
Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken to track your progress. These form part of your record.
Photographs are used for marketing only with your separate written consent, which you may withdraw in writing at any time.

The content, images, and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

This website links to third-party services including our scheduling provider and review platform. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
